PRINCIPAL
Joseph graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) School of Engineering with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2005. He is a licensed professional engineer in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. With over 16 years of experience, Joseph has designed electrical systems for a wide range of projects, including banks, hospitals, commercial buildings, schools, colleges, government facilities, mixed-use developments, residential buildings, site lighting, theatrical venues, and sports facilities.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING DESIGNER
Andrew brings over 17 years of extensive experience in electrical engineering design. Throughout his career, he has been involved in a diverse array of projects, particularly at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). His work spans both the hospital and academic sectors, where he has played a crucial role in designing and implementing electrical systems that support the complex needs of healthcare facilities and educational institutions. Andrew’s deep understanding of the unique requirements of these environments has enabled him to deliver solutions that ensure safety, efficiency, and reliability in every project he undertakes.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER INTERN
Andrew is an accomplished electrical engineering student entering his senior year at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). During the spring semester, he gained valuable hands-on experience as a student intern with Muya Engineering, where he contributed to various projects and honed his technical skills. His internship provided him with practical insights into the engineering field, allowing him to apply his academic knowledge to real-world challenges. As he approaches the final year of his engineering education, Andrew will continue his professional growth with Muya Engineering, taking on the role of engineer intern.
